Author Visit - Nathan Parker
On Monday 24th March, we welcomed Nathan Parker back for the third time to deliver an assembly to all of Year 10. Needless to say, it was an absolute privilege to hear of Nathan’s own journey into writing and hear him perform some of his own work. We were also lucky enough to have Nathan deliver workshops, with a focus on poetry and effective public presentations. The workshops included exploring the ingredients of poetry and then culminated in poetry collaboration - one of which you can read below centred around the upcoming English speeches. Year 10 were an absolute credit: a brilliant day, enjoyed by all! Thank you very much, Nathan!
