Author Wren James Visits Broughton
On Monday 20th April, we were delighted to welcome author Wren James to Broughton High School to work with all of Year 9. Wren delivered a thought-provoking assembly, where they shared their journey as a writer and spoke about the inspiration behind their work, with a focus on the thriller genre. Later in the day, Wren hosted a meet and greet in the library, where pupils had the opportunity to speak with them more informally. This included the exciting arrival of the first signed copies of Wren’s new graphic novel, The Victors, which generated a real buzz among those who attended. Thank you, Wren!
