Badminton Achievement – Nishi Thakkar

We are proud to announce that Nishi (9C) has been selected for the Lancashire County Junior U15 Badminton team! Throughout the summer, Nishi has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. She participated in summer sessions with the Hawks Badminton Club at Lostock Hall Academy, competed in the Mid-Lancashire League with the Hawks Team G Division 4, and played in the Lancashire Summer Junior Sessions. Nishi also achieved impressive results, including runner-up in the Under 15 Lancashire Junior Restricted tournament, a strong performance in the Under 17 category, and a 4th place finish at the Bamber Bridge Badminton Tournament. Additionally, she holds a Level 2 Badminton certification and is on track to complete her Level 4 qualification.
