Gothic Story Writing

I was so proud of this opening to a story that Teddy Selby from Year 7 wrote this week. You can tell Teddy has taken inspiration from the Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe.

I love how the rhetorical questions make it seem so tense and the name of the family really adds to the gothic theme.
