Preston Schools’ Football Finals - Year 7

This Wednesday, both the Year 7 A & B teams took part in their respective finals at Corpus. The A team took on Our Lady’s, Corpus & Fulwood, whilst the B team played Our Lady’s, Corpus & Archbishop. Both teams work extremely hard in all games, and despite the cold weather managed to put in some fantastic performances. With two wins and one draw each, both the A & B team were crowned Preston Schools’ Football Champions for this year; a fantastic achievement and a first for the school, having never won both before.   This puts Year 7 football in a strong position moving forward and we are excited to see what is to come with both the Preston Cup and the Lancashire schools cup semi-finals.
