Sports Day 2025

Sports Day 2025 was a total success on Tuesday 1st July, with hundreds of pupils taking part in both track and field events throughout the day and our traditional interform ‘tug of war’ competition. There were some very exciting races and I was delighted to see the pupils encouraging each other and supporting the performers as they competed throughout the day. Thanks to Mr Marquis, Mrs Rukin, Miss Lupton, Miss Hough and Mr Cowen who coordinated the event and to Mr Peterson for his commentary to all the participants and spectators. Thanks also to Mr and Mrs Cartmel who join us each year to present the trophies to the winners. It really was a wonderful occasion and the dry weather in the afternoon was an added bonus!  

The overall Sports Day House winners were pupils in form N (Nordmann).  

The Year Group winners were: 7N, 8B, 9N, 10H.
