At Broughton High School, we firmly believe in the value of fostering leadership skills among our students. Our pupil leadership programme is designed to empower students to take active roles within our school community, thereby enhancing their personal development and preparing them for future challenges. Through a variety of roles, from prefects to student council members, pupils have the opportunity to influence school policies and activities, ensuring their voice is integral in shaping their educational environment.
