Sports Day 2026

We held our Sports Day on Monday this week, on the school field, with glorious summer sunshine! It was a huge success and it is always wonderful to see hundreds of our pupils taking part in the track and field events and the highly competitive ‘tug of war’. Pupils are always so encouraging towards each other and show their support as the events are held throughout the day. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Cartmel for coming into school, accompanied this year by their daughter Joanna, to present the trophies once again. As you can see from the results below, it was very tight in some year groups, with only one point separating positions, so it really is true when we say every point matters!
