Year 7 Team Building Day at Waddecar

This week, our Year 7 pupils enjoyed an exciting action-packed team building day at Waddecar. The day was a fantastic opportunity for pupils to get to know their form groups better, develop new team building skills and step outside their comfort zones. Pupils took part in a range of challenging activities, including high ropes, climbing and archery. Each activity encouraged pupils to communicate, support one another, build confidence and work together as a team. It was wonderful to see pupils encouraging their peers, trying something new and challenging themselves throughout the day. The experience helped our Year 7 pupils develop important skills that they can take back into school and use as they continue to settle into secondary school life. Most importantly, everyone had the chance to have fun, make new friends and create some great memories together. A huge thank you to all the staff who helped and supported the day.
